This is a rare opportunity to purchase a 1932 6-cylinder Triple-M MG F-type in the style of an F2. Originally built as an F-type Salonette (F0753) it was exported to South Africa and therefore never registered within the UK but was repatriated in 2010 by Barry Foster. A nut and bolt restoration with as many original mechanical parts as possible and including an ENV gearbox, 12 brakes, rebuilt ash body and skinning; new Gilbert bonnet, tank, apron and valances; bottom-end engine rebuilt by Barrie Dean with his oil-filter system & rear main-bearing improvement; superb paint job in Battleship-grey; matching grey Collingburn seats & trim. The MG is still running in with only 100+ miles completed. Plenty to finish and tinker with like the indicators, carpets, tuning and tonneau ... but these are all in hand. History files, restoration photos and spares included. Nottinghamshire, UK; 01623-613554

Price 65,000 GBP or near offer.
