Chassis no. PA0720. Built 5 April 1934 and sold to Mr. Ernest U. Smith, Holly Bank, Whitegate, Siddal, Halifax, by B. Waterhouse & Sons (Main Agent), through Central Garage, Halifax. The car has the original engine (972 AP 135P, rebuilt at some point in the past, but never finished), original gearbox (473 135) and rear axle (471), also, the original starter (27442 rebuilt) and dynamo (BA 3583 rebuilt). The car was changed from a tourer to a 2 seater with the rear of what looks like T-series rear tub (so that would need to be addressed) with a T-series fuel tank, and rear wings. It comes with a brand new set of alloy front swept wings, and also an extra set of steel wings as well as P-series steel rear wings and running boards. Good windscreen, radiator and shell in very good condition, as well. It also has new 12” brakes and cables. Some bits are missing, like the headlamps, side lamps, proper tank, and dash ( I am having Craig Seabrook make one) gauges, seats, etc. The car is in Northern California. A great starting point for a special or to bring her back to life as a 2 seater.
