Hello,

I have just got an M Type with the aim of doing driving tests and sprints/ hill climbs. Whilst checking it over I have found a few bits I need to replace.

1) Front Hub - bearing very loose, bearing has been spinning in the hub.

2) 16" steering wheel - current Brookland type is cracking badly around spokes.

3) Correct style door locks - current locks allow doors to move alarmingly and don't give a feeling of confidence.

Any help with tracking down these bits gratefully received.

Neil, I have a morris 8 front hub with 3 studs removed which is yours for the price of the post plus a couple of quid in a charity tin. Geoff .PS I am reasonably sure it will fit but if not someone will point it out I hope.

If you still need a hub Neil, there is a greasy one purporting to be suitable for an M type listed on ebay at the moment – item 222269690854
