On my mother's axiom of 'don't ask, don't get':

is there an HV5 (ideally) or an H type 1.5in SU carb lying unloved, which might be sold to a good home. The blower on the J3 is struggling to get enough puff on a HV3 (bronze bodied) which would be available to part swap.
