We are looking for a straight U channel for the top of a late D or F or J1. Other models might also supply a donor part. It needs to be a straight U channel or F that can be modified to a U.
38" long by 20mm deep by 11.1/2mm wide. These are the finished size. We could cut down a little.
Hope to find donor part in the U.K.

Hi Gary,
I have had a piece of brass with similar measurements in my garage for 25+ years, always with the intention of making up another windscreen ... but never have, so time to go.
It is 64" long, 3/4" deep and 1/2" wide which suggests is was made imperial sized and not metric repro. A photo can be taken

Just to close this off. Gary via Ted Hack has now received the brass extrusion I had for the top frame ... so it's all gone to get another windscreen for our MG's
