The Register will once again be exhibiting at the MG/Tr***ph Spares Day at Stoneleigh. The event takes place on Sunday 11 February 2018 and we expect to have our usual stand in Hall 3, Stand 13.
This is where we would like some help from you, please.
The event is open from 9-4 and during those hours we need some additional volunteers to staff the stand. We have already received offers of assistance (thank you those who have already done so) but we'd like a few more to help spread the load throughout the day. An hour of your time would make a huge difference. Offers to me, please. Thank you!

UPDATE
We have had several offers from members to help man the stand - thank you everyone who has been in touch so far - but more would be welcomed, please. As encouragement, the Register is willing to buy access passes for our stand helpers.
If you plan to come to the show but are unable to help on the stand you might like to know that the Event organisers are offering a 20% discount off the price of day tickets. Offer is valid between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day only.
For more information visit the show’s website at www.mgandtriumphsparesday.co.uk and quote the code ITSCHRISTMAS when booking in the 'Promotional Code' box at the top of the ticketshop.

Brian, I think the code is only operative from Christmas Eve (tomorrow) to Boxing Day (Tuesday)

With about 6 weeks to go until the Stoneleigh show we have a reasonably good number of offers of help - thank you those listed below. A little nearer the day we will prepare a rota of helpers, so if anyone else would like to join in for an hour or so, please just say!
We would like to display two cars on the stand. If anyone would like their car to be considered for this, please would you let me know? Thanks!

Well, the Stoneleigh spares day has come and gone for another year! Thanks everyone who turned out on a rather bleak day to add their individual 1 kws of heat to Hall 3. It was a great turnout, especially at the great 12 noon gathering!
Particular thanks are due to our team of helpers, and to Barry Walker (red 4-seater PA)and Andy and Angie King (time warp M-type)
whose cars graced our stand, drawing great interest.
