The car is on the Register - it is PA0951.

The photos show that the car seems to be very original.

The same web site has several other interesting cars on offer including a PA single seater built by the late Tony Miles, but never raced by him. Also a PA single seater special with IFS which is quoted as having a blown Q Type engine. Looks really nice for a special.

Colin. The single seater with the blown Q type engine is the car I raced in the 60s and 70s. The body was changed sometime in the 1970s before Sven Algren from Sweden acquired it. I think it has been advertised by this Italian dealer for some time. Whether it has the same engine , supercharger (s) I had I cannot say. Ray

Re body change :-
I should have said in the 1980s not 70s , before Sven acquired it.
I think I sold it in 1979 to Mr Terry Marsh

Thanks Paul,
I am in touch with the advertiser (a dealer) and hoping this may bring forth some history from the previous owner of 40+ years - he sold the car only last week.

Ah yes, Ray. I now recognise the car having seen it when Sven brought it over to Wiscombe Park on one occasion. So it has a genuine Q engine (from QA0256) but now with a modern crankshaft.

I still think it looks the dogs whatnots, so to speak. I am surprised that it isn't advertised as a Q/R !!!
