In the lost & found section of the latest Enjoying MG magazine is posted the following;

I have an old 4X3 black & white photo of the car and an original owner taken in the 1930s. Happy to pass it on to the current owner if the car is still around.

The car is currently taxed so hopefully the owner is on the Forum.

RJ 4520 is PA2178 - a very late one - and it is recorded on the Register and the printed listing as owned by Mr. David Johns. The last owner change is recorded as December 1964, so the trail may not be current....

I have recently been in contact with the enquirer who owned a house at Rubery, Birmingham, where a previous owner of the car used to reside some years previously. Her name was Zelda Speed and through this connection we have a picture of the lady and her car. But as for Mr. Johns, alas we have no contact details ....
