Has anyone got an original Lucas PLC6 switch for sale please? Yes, it's not for our Triple-M car but my TC ... just thought somebody may have one spare. The PLC6 usually has 'off', 'S' & 'H' and a key.
Pushing it I know but I actually need 2 ...

Chris,
I believe your TC's require a Lucas PLC 5 Ign/Lighting Switch, PLC6's were for later TD's (others more expert will confirm or correct me):

Hi Bruce and thanks for your thoughts and photos; it does show nicely the differences between 5 & 6, and 5 does show the correct dial I suspect. What I'm not sure about is the terminal ref's on the back.
I'm also a little confused as I was advised a 6 was indeed right for a TC recently too. I have attempted to fit new PLC6's ... and the castings are slightly larger than the originals and wont fit. Or, does it mean PLC5 and PLC6's are actually a different size!

I have 2 PLC6’s, one (used) the dial is now lost, the other (new old but with fittings missing) the window type, both have the same terminals. If you are interested contact me.
