These cars were on this rally in Japan recently
Perhaps the C Type is CO286 ?

Fairly sure it's not 286 , think its the c rep that was for sale in the USA a couple years ago that was red at the time and caused controversy as it claimed to be a real one!!!!

Not C0286.
I rebuilt this car with Allan McNab in the 1990s. I have a lot of photos of C286, including one of the car at Tewin Water sprint in 1951. Still with its modified rear end and fuel tank. At this time it had a spare wheel carrier on the offside.

Maybe a replica but it does look to be a good one! The ventilated drums at the front and standard at the back spoil the appearance a bit.

I wonder what the chassis number of the K3 rep is, the number does not appear in the 2013 printed Register. I guess it may be one of the P Gregory built cars?

Hi Ollie

If that is the case then I think it was at one timed owned by Hiro Nishio?

On looking again at the black car I can see it has an F/L radiator shell - a Magna special it must be.

You can find the photos more easily here: http://www.sportscardigest.com/la-festa-mille-miglia-2013-report-and-photos/9/?nggpage=6. Lots of other high quality photos there to admire.
