HI all,
As per last year at Brands we will be hosting a Welcome BBQ on Saturday 29th in the paddock (around 5pm start) and then the Paddock Lunch on Sunday 30th.
Due to the increase of entries and popularity I need to request a contribution of £5 for each event, plus of course a consumable contribution to boost the buffet! I hope ok!
FYI, I will allocate 3 spots, free of charge to each race entry. If you need more please contact me.
We invite our register friends to join the competitors etc but please can I ask you to let me know if you will be coming so we can prepare catering accordingly.
I will have to limit numbers for the Sunday Lunch if very popular so first come first served on reserving your spot.
Everyone is then invited to join the awards presentation in the paddock after Race 2 for a well earned drink. No need to let me know, just come along.

Steffi and I are there all weekend but may still be working Sunday Lunchtime, but would like to join the Saturday festivities for sure please.

Mark has done a fantastic job organising what should be a very interesting weekends celebration and racing.
You will need to buy an entry ticket to get access to the circuit. Although not yet formally announced I can say that members of the MG car club will be allowed a 20% discount on the ticket price. Not sure of the details yet – you may need to pre-order on line rather than just turning up and paying on the gate. thought I would mention it in case any MGCC members were about to rush in and buy tickets!

A few days ago I mentioned that the MGCC has negotiated an arrangement for members of the MG car club to be allowed a 20% discount on the admission ticket price.
