0895 is getting fitted with new interior panels to replace the non original ones installed in the 1950s which were red. In early 2001, we dyed them black. It is now time to re trim the interior in apple green and I need the door panel starburst pattern. After creating the panels for Jamie Neilson's 1932 J2, I realize how important it is to get the NB back to original.
Any photos, leads, patterns will be greatly appreciated.

Pat, my turn to help you.

The image is from the late Terry Andrews who had a large photo file on NB 2 seaters

Andrew Fock and RodB:

Superb! This will allow me to get it right. I have included the J2 door panels we just finished. It has the MG logo. Did the N types have this also?

This is the photo of the prototype NA. Production cars had treat plates with 'MG Car Co' .and used different door locks.

I have a template for the door starburst pattern on my NB and also one for the different starburst pattern on the wheel arches. These were taken from the original trim panels on my NB which I am restoring. Will gladly provide photos, dimensions or whatever will help.

I would greatly appreciate pictures or diagrams of the starburst pattern for the wheel arches as we are about to start on the rear section.

I found some time this afternoon and have put it all in a Microsoft Powerpoint presentation; three photos and two tables of dimensions for the door pocket and the wheelarch.
Can you use Powerpoint? I don't think I can load it on the forum but I can email it to you.

One more small detail.....

The 3 sets of original NB door cards here all have a single stitch line across the entire bottom edge. It can just be seen on Rod's blue panel bottom.
