I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this number before - I couldn't see it when I did a search.

Registration No.is Reading, Berkshire, one of my Rovers is RD 6160.

Based on the reg it is believed to be J2 chassis number J2229. Last reported in Northallerton but the recorded owner is deceased. It is said to have a Triumph engine and 'trials history'.

I wonder if this J2 now belongs to Gary who used to post under the name Spitfire on this Forum? His J2 had a Triumph engine, hence Spitfire!

Hello Nick, my comment was in response to George Eagle's enquiring whether the depicted car, which has a triumph engine,is one and the same as the J2 which Gary Price aka Spitfire owns.

The answer is "no". Gary's car is J3026. We think that the depicted car is J2229.
