Logic would suggest that these might come from the bigger SVW range, so I've just measured my very original SA saloon and my VA Tourer. The SA has bigger handles, but these are still only 4". Interior handles don't have the escutcheon, so these are definitely outside handles, but drawing a blank as to the model.
