Obviously a 30s oil can would look much better, but the only one I have is on the other side acting as an oil catch tank for the breather. Definitely no relation - when I do a job like this I grab whatever is handy in the garage (which obviously includes a copious supply of cable ties).

I like it Colin, the principle can be advanced I reckon perhaps with a better concealed plastic bottle ... experiments coming, cheers

You need a 1litre rad catch tank for VSCC events Colin M
Did'nt want to cut off the original overflow pipe,thus the plastic tubes.Also a cable tie addict!

You're right, of course, but the VSCC don't like the Sp*x shock absorbers I have on the back axle, so I don't do their events! Hillclimbs in Scotland and the Isle of Man are less fussy.
