Hello everyone
My name is Paul .
I'm a metal guy and always trying to create something of flat sheet.
I don't have an MG myself(sorry) maybe in the future.
My interests are classic cars classic planes and dogs

Greetings Paul from the Netherlands

Hello Paul

Welcome to the Forum.

Your metal work looks very good! I hope you may one day find a Triple-M car of your own.

There are quite a few Triple-M cars in the Netherlands.

Looks as though you'll have people beating a path to your door Paul!

That clearly is an ENGLISH wheel!

Welcome to the forum.
I have done some re-formatting of your first post to make it easier to read.
If you wish to post more pictures in the future, please upload them to the website instead of linking them to photobucket. The reason is that if those images are deleted from photobucket for any reason (or you close that account or change its name) the images will no longer be available in the forum archive in the years ahead.
If you need to know how to add images (or find out about other features of this forum), please have a look at the FAQs at the top right hand corner menu list.

Paul - your work looks superb - well done and welcome to the world of MMM.

Dave - that clearly is a BRITISH wheel - and it might even be English!

Hello Paul,

Welcome and nice to see you active on this forum, hope you will be able to produce some nice shells for our Triple M cars. As from previous experience with you, I fully trust that you will do.
I guess we will see each other at the Triple M workshop in Leuven.

MGreetings,

The other Paul

Today's progress
Verry happy with the results so far.
Two sides tacked in position and fitting to the model as a glove.
How good can the weekend begin.

Greetings Paul

Hello again
I have started on the topside and wanted to show the progress in steps.
I made a paper pattern and cut out the blank.
And started shaping.
It's not pretty yet but the result so far are as I want it to be.

Greetings Paul

I have a question.
Can I change my introduction title on this thread in something like " making a brass F type shell" ?

I don't think it will, Horst, as "Edit" is limited to within 30 minutes of the original post.
