Delighted to announce that entries are open!
It looks like it is going to be a tremendous MMM entry, as luckily the date slips neatly between Donnington and Cadwell. Cat has informed me that her Dutch cohorts are planning another raid, and I have also heard from the Early MG Society that they are planning to join us for the first time since the early VMR Prescott days, which will be nice. We will be marking the 90th Anniversary of the start of M Type production, so it would be good to have a strong M Type gathering.
The PWP website has been updated at www.prewarprescott.com and entries can be submitted at http://prewarprescott.com/?page_id=161. |

Pleased to report already 6 MMM entries, and today David Rushton entered his M Type - the first of what is expected to be very strong M Type entry. David has also shrewdly joined the Vintage Minor Register to claim his discounted entry!
In other news, Mike Dowley has once again offered to assemble a band for the evening - always an unmissable performance! He has also sponsored every single VMR summer rally since our inaugural rally in 2001. |

Ten MMM entries and counting, which is interesting as there were five entries in TOTAL by the end of last year for PWP 2018. We are currently holding 30 entries for PWP 2019. Numbers are being bolstered by the Wolseley Hornet Specials Club - also ten entries so far. We are expecting around 25 Hornets, including about a dozen from across Europe for reasons I cannot go into here... my lips are sealed.
Three M Types so far - as we plan to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the start of production. Expecting many more.
1 1933 MG J2 Simon, Sandra, Emily and Noah Johnston (VMR) 2 1934 MG PA Keith Riches 3 1934 MG PA Mike Davies-Colley 4 1932 MG J1 Colin Lee (VMR) 5 1934 MG PA Colin McLachlan 6 1932 MG M David Rushton (VMR) 7 1929 MG M Frank Ashley (VMR) 8 1934 MG PA/PB Richard Morbey 9 1936 MG PB Tim Sharp (VMR) 10 1931 MG M Sportsman's Coupe Roger and Inka Burnett (VMR)

With no hiccups on the way mine, Thiat is my M type, should be ready, in fact I hope it will be ready for the LC&ES Welsh, we shall see, I have some good blokes on the jobs I can't do.

That's good to hear, John. There's nothing like a goal like this to focus restorative energies. I'm facing the same situation with the Maddox which I will need to ship from Seattle in the spring, in time to get it to Prescott.
Three more MMM entries - Mark Dolton (PB), Colin Murrell (D) and Mark Reece with his gorgeous red PB ...

Hi Colin,
Actually, the early MG's have all been entered by the Early MG Society who declared as a supporting club for PWP a couple of months ago.
Latest MMM entry is Richard Holl with his 1935 MG PA. All good stuff! |
