With a week to go before the VSCC Cotswold Trial, it was clear that the brakes on our works TA JB 9447 would need to be attended to and time available to little to resolve satisfactorily. Disappointingly, we had to withdraw our entry. However, the good news for Triple-M....
Being 2nd reserve, Dave Rushton with his M Type was waiting in the wings to pick up our place and had been told on Friday afternoon that he would need to be there!
Team Rushton / Bolton-King were early arrivals at Prescott this morning and on a mission. The best chance today being on wet grass was to get the M Type navigated around the course as early as possible before too many ruts made the going too rough.
Tactics paid off and Prescott hills cleared by 12.30 - whilst the M Type was flying, points may not be sufficient to see the Allard beaten on this occasion.
Hopefully Colin and Stef have caught some of todays action to share with us later!
