It seems very small for an American car of the period. This radiator is from 1920s OLDSMOBILE.

It would seem that the ES series of registration numbers (Perthshire) ran from December 1903 to January 1928. So this mystery car, ES 7478, looks to date from the early/mid 1920s. The DVLA website doesn’t list it, neither does the National Tyres one (which sometimes lists cars that don’t appear on the DVLA website).
