Hi All,

I would be interested in either an M-type project or J2 project ideally in barn find condition with non-original and or missing parts. I know these are rare as hens teeth, but I thought I would give it try.

I don't want to waste anyone's time as my budget is modest, but I think I could afford either of these cars in this condition.

Any help and leads would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Matthew

Hi Mathew

I wish you well in your search for a suitable M or J project.

As you state barn find cars are now few and far apart. Perhaps one of our suppliers could assist, I know Andy King has some M types and may have a suitable project?

Thanks for letting me know George.

I have followed up this lead and I have expressed my interest in what they have available.

Thanks once again

Hi. If you are still looking for a project M Type then I may be able to help with a complete car, barn-find style in good condition for total restoration. What budget range is"modest" approximately?

Hi

Just to let everyone know, at the current moment in time I am still in the market for an M-Type project (I would still by keen on a J2 project, but I think realistically I can only afford an M-Type).

Thanks

Matthew

Hi Matthew

I thought I'd just let you know that due to my dad's declining health we are regrettably auctioning his collection of cars. There is a lovely M-Type (our favourite) that needs attention. It is pretty original - dad picked it up in the UK about 30 years ago and it has been regularly driven in rallies since then. No 4 piston let go recently and the engine has been dismantled. It would be a great project.
Details at bennettsclassicauctions.com.au

Good luck with the search
Cheers
Tanya
