In the Summer of 1934 Doctor WCD Berwick of Welshpool, Montgomeryshire, Wales purchased PA 1024. The car was imported to the States at some point passing through various hands including “MG Charlie” of MG Roughriders Club, San Francisco Bay area. I purchased the car in 2016 after long term storage since 1960’s. Likely original registration plate Number EP 5849 with car. Car was unknown to the register prior to 2016, added to the register as #3590. Very original car in midst of restoration, the original body 645/1453 is on the car. PA Engine which came installed found to be cracked in bore & lined was unsuitable to restore. New block purchased for replacement, Carrillo Rods and Arias pistons, Phoenix crank. New engine prepared with many other original parts to perfection for re-assembly by Christopher Leydon. Original starter with new armature restored to concour level as well as other parts by same. New chassis tube ends installed, new rear springs ready to fit with bearings and covers. Original cable brakes, brake drums have been vented and screened in the past and are chromed. Car is wearing cycle wings. Original dash under aluminum cover. Original rhombic panel restored to concour condition with correct and original PCL, brown milk churn, push button switches & Mile-O-Meter restored by Speedograph Richfield. Exact replica Jager decal created & placed, wire harness, hood frame, 2 sets original weather equipment etc… too many spares to list. The car is in the US. Brian Sullivan
