| Matching numbers 1930 MG M Type Midget for Sale. An extensively restored example of the well sought after M Type ready to be used and in potential winning condition. The fully rebuilt engine is still running- in. The body was modified many years ago to mimic the J2. No expense has been spared. It is VSCC eligible.
This beautiful MG comes with its original “MG” registration and a heavily documented history with countless receipts and photographs showing the thorough restoration of this fabric bodied M Type.
This car has a beautiful red and black interior which compliments the body colour and is supplied with a full soft top to make sure you don’t get caught out in any inclement weather. The windscreen folds flat too, ideal for competition. Being nearly 90 years old it does carry a few scars but that adds to the patina. To drive, the M Type starts easily and holds the road well, fitted with its original gearbox you can pull away nicely and enjoy the sporty feel, due to the light weight.
The car is reluctantly offered at a bargain price, far less than the cost of the restoration.
