For sale is an excellent kit of parts that is an ideal basis for a competition car or special. Alternatively it could be the perfect start of a full restoration project. The basis of the kit is an excellent complete original chassis (number P 1263) with all cross-shafts including the brake cross-shaft assembly. The chassis has been professionally checked for straightness and is ready to go. Also included are the following rolling chassis parts: Front axle beam & stub axles, front shock absorbers, complete set of road springs (2 front and 2 rear) in good condition, trunnion boxes, wing-stay mounting brackets, firewall supports and original firewall with metal in useable condition, rear axle case complete with upstands and caps, rear axle U-bolts, axle rebound hoops, rear shock absorber mounting crossbar complete with Luvax rear shock absorbers, brake cross-shaft, Marles Weller steering column and box, not complete but with shaft, worm and bottom cover, set of good chrome steel wheel spinners, N/S forward body mounting bracket and both rear body mounting brackets. Engine parts as follows: original PA Block, cylinder head, Sump and strainer, original crank and flange, front and rear housings, flywheel, clutch complete with cover and driven plate, front engine seal plate and mount, front engine/Radiator mount, inlet manifold, bare rocker cover, water jacket plate with brass elbow, oil pipe centre to rear main, original rods (4) matching the crank, centre bearing cheese with mating bolts, pr long bolts for bearing cheese, Oil pump/distributor/water pump crank gear, oil pump complete with drive gear, dynamo and radiator to engine bracket. J-Type Radiator (can easily be adapted to PA if desired) and shell with good false honeycomb. Complete NA gearbox and bell housing (identical to PA gearbox except for speedometer drive ratio) together with a pair of gearbox cross-tube mounting brackets. Brake drums (set of 4), 1 x front brake backplate, several damaged/modified brake backplates. Please note that this is a sale of a kit of parts and will not be sold as separate parts. However consideration will be given to offers for a substantial portion of the kit if the purchaser doesn't require everything for their project.
