The engine that is going into my PA is a later two breather unit. The only problem is that while I have the pillar box breather (the common one) I don't have the second breather that fits on the other side of the crank case below the water branch cover plates. Does anyone have one or have details of one so I can try & make one?

While I'm at it I don't have a starter motor either. Does anyone have a spare Lucas M35A?

Elliott. I made my own breather using 3/16th inch plate, then two 3/8th copper pipes side by side into copper right angles and silver soldered them all together. Seems to work fine and looks OK with the pipe bottoms cut just below the sump. All materials from the local plumbers merchants. Good luck, . Nick.

I'm still on the look out for the off side crankcase breather, if anyone has one.
