(1) Does anyone know of a source of a clear uncoloured lens to adapt a Lucas ST38 lamp as a reversing light, please?

(2) A possible alternative - is there a method to 'de-colour'/remove the red from a standard red lens?

Since you ask, I reverse daily in whatever car I'm driving as I always back into parking/garage bays - the way I was taught by my ex Lancashire Police Driving Instructor at Rolls-Royce Motor Car Division - aids for a quick getaway, don't you know ....
