Koen and Forum:
Thank-you for posting link to the photos. Can't remember when I have enjoyed a group of car picture this much. All pre-war ; can the forum help identify the cars, people and the The MG event 1936?. I have looked without much success.
The only car that appears to be still on the road. Is JB9446.-MGTA Black-1936. All the best.

The penultimate photo was taken at the Nürburgring - even in those days you could pay a few Reichsmarks and tackle the Nordschleife in your own car, which those intrepid drivers look to be intending to do. |

Koen and Forum:
So some goods news. Can you please explain how photos are recorded when the car is no longer around? That leaves the people to identify along with the locations. Any details? All the best.

Well for the Lagonda Owning or liking MMM Members, the last but one picture on the right hand end has a Lagonda 16/80 Special 6 Tourer, first registered in UK in May 1934 and currently residing in Canada! I will let the owner know. Christopher H - K1 797

All factory files (which often include the original registration numbers) are loaded in the Triple-M database. This allows us to store the pictures against the correct chassis number.

If the database accessed from the main MMM home page doesn't have any form of entry - does that mean the car is not known to exist? |
