I don't suppose anyone has a spare throttle pedal shaft for a P (same as J type, I think)?
It is for the Brooklands Museum PA, which is to be maintained as a tidyish 1960's Student car. Therefore condition not important, and oddly there is a D/F throttle shaft from it to swap if you want.

If this is the cross shaft that links the pedal to the carb linkage, it would seem dead simple to fabricate one out of steel rod. If you need the brass pivots, they should be the same as the D/F throttle linkage assembly. I had to do the identical thing on 2M1281 to accommodate a different pedal position.
