Does any one have a spare, please - see photo below:
Operating the exterior door lock handle is no problem, but the inevitable slight twist imparted to the flat surface which engages with the stepped squares washer piece results in disengagement between the interior handle and the stepped-circular-to-squares 'washer' part.
A 'washer' part with full height 'male' corners 'ears' (i.e. not worn) is needed, please.
