Paul, the plus.com bounced and the other option does not respond.
Anyway this is what I said:
A very long time back, Terry Andrews replied to you with "I can also show you the (PB 4 seat fuel) tank sender unit and how you can fit an original or a modern one. Please contact me off line if you are interested.....
Did you get the information on the sender?
I am about to rebuild one to work with an original dash gauge and would be fascinated to identify an original image or his information on a 'modern' replacement.
Since I wrote that, Paul, I have worked on my sender and found it was fitted in the tank the wrong way round, so caught on the tank wall to always read low; now corrected.
I still haven't confirmed that it works properly, but would be grateful for any information which provides progress with the re-build.

Hello Ian, For my L1 I needed a new faceplate for the dashboard gauge. I made a drawing myself and had the face plate made by Patrick Henri. Patrick Henri also delivered a complete sender unit and float which works nicely in combination with the old gauge. The old gauge by coincidence came from Terry Andrews. There are many ways the reach your goal. Paul |

Thaks, Paul, it is the sebnder which worries me. The gauge appears to work correctly.
I will follow up your leads.

Ian, I have searched just about everywhere and every term variation I can think of, and I am afraid I cannot find any information from Terry on this subject.
Sorry. Paul |

Many thanks for looking, hopefully it will work without my trying to dismantle and check its innards!
