I have a friend in North America who finds he has been unable to access the Triple M site.

He emailed to say "I cannot understand the connectivity issue - all other sites work OK."

Is there any advice I can forward to him?

Ask him to email me directly and I will see if I can help. Obviously I do not have a problem as I connect almost every day so there must be an issue with his ISP or one of the links from there.

I had that same problem a few weeks ago. The problem turned out to be a server which was supposed to forward internet traffic was not doing so and the previous server was not routing traffic through an alternate route. Have him do a TRACERT command to find the problem server.
