Nice period photo.
Have you tried contacting Steve Welsh Racing Photos and Allen McNab?
They are listed on photo.
A internet search should produce email contact details.
I found several but was uncertain which were worth posting.
Are there photography credits listed with publication? Another line of research.

Hello Ross

I have a copy of this photograph taken I think in 1998.

Steve Walsh Racing Photos. 41 Durleigh Road, Bridgwater Somerset. TA6 7HY. There is no reference number on the back.

I have similar photographs taken at the same time by onlookers so no copyright problems.
