Looking for one of the screws (technically a nut, I suppose) that holds the main red lens to the body of the lamp.
Does anyone have a spare?
(Just spent a fruitless hour trawling the internet but if anyone knows of a stockist that would be equally helpful).
Thank you,
Brian |

I would contact one of the suppliers of lamps and parts to see if they might have a spare. e.g. Paul Beck Vintage Supplies, SVC, AES, Holden, or the like.

this is the female type with a knurled outer and cut-screw head yes?
I reckon I have a few original spares left Brian. The only thing is that I also believe there to be 2 different internal sizes around so if you can determine what yours may be ...

Chris,
Thanks for your reply: yes, your description is correct. I wasn't aware there were two different internal thread sizes - I'll see if I can determine what it is. Do you think it would be a BA thread?

Yes I have a few Brian, so let me have your address, just £3 inclusive of postage ok? I have checked and they fit the ST38 perfectly. The other one's I have have a great OD size, I think for the ST51's instead.
