Does anyone have a spare octagonal instrument surround - 4 3/4 in (122mm) internal diameter?

I am still looking for a octagonal instrument surround. I may have muddied the water by including the measurements in my original post. What I am looking for is just the standard size surround for the speedometer. The condition of the chrome plating doesn't matter as I will be painting it black for my J2.
