This is probably a known picture but I came across it on the site of the Public Records Office for Norn Iron and thought it worth sharing. It shows Hailwood (C0264) followed by Hall (K3006) followed by Nuvolari (K3003).

Are there other photos to browse? Do you have a link you could share?

Thanks

Hi Dave,

It seems pretty certain that the car you’re referring to (in this thread https://www.triple-mregister.org/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7086&whichpage=1&SearchTerms=Ferguson,Craigantlet,trade,plates) is J2024, the J3 'prototype' driven by Victor Ferguson at Ballybannon and Craigantlet that year (1933).

The other J2s entered for Craigantlet that year have all been identified by chassis number but for two of them I could find no registration number: One was entered by Hugh McFerran for Hugo Wilson to drive, probably J2797 which McFerran had sold to Wilson but it might have been J3108 which Wilson also owned. George Clarke, from Seapark in your neck of the woods, entered J2267 but did not start. I’ve not been able to find out the registration number of any of these three cars but one could perhaps have been CZ 2002.
