The No 3 on your to do list
I have that info. also.
But it is all handwritten in a note book along with all MMM references in the MG Enthusiast magazine from issue No 1

Sadly there is a gap from the end of the typed index in 1978 to 1984
Don't know where that has gone.

Quite happy to answer any queries that anybody might have.
