Ian, it's virtually impossible to make out the reg, and I have recently had an eye test!
There is no 'PPK' anywhere in the register and only one 'RPK' listed - that is K2001, a car that has a complicated history.
That car is somehow associated with RPK 637 although it is understood that it was originally MG 2191. That reg is listed at the DVLA, but there is no trace there of RPK 637.
