I am looking for an M type handbrake assembly see picture, either the whole assembly or more specifically the ratchet toothed quadrant at the base to replace my current very worn toothless wonder.

I don't know if anyone is making the ratchet, but if it isn't possible to dress the teeth with a small file then cutting out a new one isn't too onerous. It seems to be unhardened spring steel or similar quality.
