Nick,
Just a suggestion: Alphabetize the list of Subscribers and the pages in Locate Subscribers. Even though you can list by last name, etc., it still requires sorting through pages and pages of names to find the right one.

The easy way to do it is to click on the heading, that does the sort for you.
Is that any good?

Yes, that helps, but it still lists by login name, not their real name.

The database does contain the surnames (at least those surnames given when registering) so I could probably do that but I think it is something the Committee should consider (spam and phishing emails, privacy etc.) before I did. For some members their login name does provide a degree of privacy and that would have to be considered. If it came down to needing permission from each member before including them in the list, I think that would be hard to manage and would mean the list is maybe not as useful.

I have been advised that such a complete list would not be a good idea for the reasons I outlined above.
