Hello, I have a trailer with runners and the distance between the inner edges of the runners is 40". Can someone be kind enough to measure between the tyres at ground level on a PA please to let me know if my trailer will be suitable. I know the track is 43" according to the internet, but is that between hubs, or where the tyres touch the ground, as these cars seem to have a camber which might make ground level measurements narrower. My Austin Nippy didn't quite fit within the runners and had to rest on the edges.

I recently measured this on my J2 and it was approximately 1 metre or just under 40". So a tight fit on your trailer.

Blimey, it's hard to believe it's narrower than an Austin Seven Nippy !
