Well done everyone! Always a brilliant day and so valuable for those planning to race, those laps are worth so much. Just absolutely gutted I didn’t make it.
But we will be back! Very glad you all enjoyed the day so much, I m sure we will be back next year.

Good to see such lovely cars being driven on a very sunny day and at a great venue.

JW 5703 is NA0448 which is the ex Crawford trials car which was rebuilt over many years by Derick Davies.

Also I wonder how long ago C0278 was last driven?

Terrific day, much fun, banter and plenty of track time. We must have covered at least 35 laps during the day. Nice to meet some new drivers and cars...

It was really special to be driving C0278 and to follow Emma around with a great view of dark blue car.

Good question George. I think the answer is 60 years ! The last stamp in the log book is Oct 59. Brian Sewell had it in 1961 without a body so I am guessing did not drive it. Bob Dickie then had it from 1962.....
