What do the columns above marked off in months represent?

What does "30.1% of Triple-M cars registered " mean ? Is it that "30.1% of all the Triple-M cars built which survive are on the MG Triple-M Register?" Since many cars have survived but are not on the register does this mean the actual survival rate is likely to be significantly greater?

What does Pictures on16.9% of all Triple-M's mean? Does it mean "The register holds photographs of 16.9% of all the MG Triple-M cars ever built?"

Well Sam as your picture also says 11581 triple M's where produced and that today 3486 are registered it seems like 30% of the cars built are registered and exist today.
Survival rate can indeed be higher

As for the other claim if we only have a picture for about half the triple M's registerd (and as such in existance) the 16,9% does not seem unlikely.
And the sentence behind it states that of 1945 triple M's pictures are available which would confirm the percentage.
