Through the MGOC I received a request for more info on the individual seated in the Dugdale/Rivers Fletcher N-type. The pics were taken at a Bexhill sprint in the 1990s. Does anyone know who the chap in the car might be, please?

It is sometimes hard to imagine what people looked like when they were younger ... but could it be David Potter?

(David and his son Duncan restored MG C O253. (March C Type). They own three C types.

Probably not him.

Simon,
as far as I know, it is NA0485, and raced by Roy Palm in Sweden.
Restored about 10-12 years ago with the help from Charles and Bob Jones.

The chassis of this car went through a lot of hands in Belfast. It was delivered by two others and my self to Bob Jones in Salisbury on the night the Zeebrugge ferry sank. We were also delivering the engine to the late Colvin Gunn to be rebuilt. We collected the new parts from Peter? who had his workshop at Stout Stowe.I still have the original chassis bit which was cut out and no one wanted them. Dave Carson 2/M 0263.
