I've just had door cards, rear wheelarch covers, kick plates and transmission tunnel cover made by Sarah Mann at Out Of The Burrough. Sarah is based in Norfolk and can be contacted on 07771 857255 or at https://outoftheburrough.wixsite.com/home No connection, except as a very satisfied customer.
Nick, could Sarah be added to the supplier database?
Best regards,
Kevin

Hi Kevin, As a fellow trimmer of MG cars and beyond I admire her work, good job. May I advise you get hide food/or Coconut oil on your seats quickly. The green paint is cracking, the tan you see is the natural leather hide underneath. Once that dries out and tracks you are past the point of no return. Seats look clean, so don't bother cleaning them just work some hide food, more natural based them better into them. Loads on eBay. Or Coconut oil from any supermarket, I reconditioned some leather seats and boots with it recently and was pleased with the results. All hide food is is moisturiser and the leather needs it to stay soft and supple or it will just continue to get worse. Cheers James :-)

Thank you James, both for the compliment and the advice on the seats. I'll get some hide food onto the seats as you suggest.
Best regards,
Kevin

An old toothbrush is good for working into tricky areas and between the sewn pleats. The more natural/plant based the better in my opinion. Think of hide food as moisturizer for leather. Happy to help :-)
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ type in: hide food leather And set sort filter to cheapest or nearest first. EBay is your friend #128522; |
