I have just received my signed copy of the new Malcolm Green book. It makes a nice addition to the MG Library!

George,
Does it add anything new about Triple-M that we haven’t read or seen before?

Looks like the cost is £40 to include postage.(reduced from £50)
416 pages over 700 illustrations. I don’t know the extent of MMM content.
Wonder why it isn’t available from the MMM library ?

Just as a guess, it's a brand new book release and I doubt if we as a Register could match the £40 maybe?

There are just over 100 pages relating to our ohc cars, the book is of good quality and contains a lot of very good photos of the models.

I guess the book can be viewed as an update.

A question to those who have bought this book - does it add anything new to Malcolm Green’s book ‘MG Sports Cars 1929-1036’ or is it just a pot-boiler recycling of well known material and photos?

Like Eric sates, Looks like cheapest online is on Speedy Hen https://www.speedyhen.com/Product/Malcolm-Green/The-MG-Story-1923-1980/25503069

If there a trimming section or sufficient trimming info throughout the book then I'm interested in a second hand copy when someone is finished with it. I'll do the same when I'm done with it.
Nothing to do with price of new. Just on principle alone, I only buy second hand books, save the trees :-)
