Thanks for the plug, John. The photograph of The Hillwood Special (car number 67) could well have been taken at Tewin Water Speed Trials in the early 1950s, but I cannot be certain.

This car stil exists, in two separate guises. The chassis and running gear have been rebodied as a J4 look-alike. Not too unfair, as when he was competing with the car, Norman always referred to it as a J4 ! The racing body has been rescued and is now sitting on a P Type chassis in course of being re-created as a copy of Norman's little screamer.
